This Denim Shower Curtain is made from clean, upcycled denim that has been cut from repurposed blue jeans. All jeans are thoroughly washed before use in our upcycled décor items.

Though a pair of jeans may no longer be wearable because of rips, stains, or size; however, they usually contain a significant amount of denim fabric that is still very useful! We use the “good” denim from the jeans to create décor items that add beauty and character to the rooms in your home!

This Denim Shower Curtain measures approximately 71” wide x 74” long. Measurements will vary slightly for each shower curtain depending on the types of denim used.

Each Denim Shower Curtain constructed will have different shades, sizes, and arrangements of pieces. All of the denim used will be shades of blue. The denim pieces may have varying amounts of wear, but we do our best to avoid rips, stains, or thread-bare areas. Normal wear and/or fading simply add to the character of the final product.

This shower curtain has finished seams on the front, but the raw edges of the fabric pieces are visible on the back. The curtain is machine washable in cold water, but the raw edges of the fabric on the back may fray some during the washing process. To reduce fraying, we recommend air drying the curtain. After washing and drying, any frayed threads may be snipped as long as they are at least 1/4” away from the stitched seam.

Because of the weight of the denim fabric, this shower curtain is significantly heavier than a standard shower curtain, and a tension rod will likely not hold it up safely. Please make sure your shower curtain rod is well secured to the wall. We cannot be held responsible for rods or curtains that are not securely hung.

This shower curtain is decorative only and is not water resistant, so a waterproof liner should be hung between it and the shower. Shower curtain rod, rings, and liner are not included in the purchase of this curtain.
